Details of the Job/Internship

Adani Green Energy Ltd. is hiring a Land Legal Associate in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisitions.
• Prepare Title Search Reports and verify title deeds and related documents.
• Handle compliance with statutory bodies.
• Support legal aspects of project finance and security creation.
• Calculate stamp duty, registration charges, and other relevant levies.
• Manage land registration processes and statutory clearances (CLU/Diversion/Conversion).
• Handle documentation such as sale deeds, PoAs, lease deeds, MoUs, etc.
• Liaise with police and administrative departments; lodge FIRs and manage bail procedures.
• Prepare legal pleadings such as plaints, written statements, and affidavits.
• Manage litigation at District, High Court, and Supreme Court levels.
• Ensure internal legal support and keep management updated on legal matters.
• Conduct due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.

Eligibility

• Comprehensive knowledge of civil and criminal law.
• Strong understanding of state land laws and legal procedures.
• Prior exposure to M&A and project financial closures preferred.
