Details of the Job/Internship
ReNew is hiring a Land Legal Manager with experience of 8–12 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Exposure to land litigation and TSR review.
- Drafting and reviewing lease deeds, sale deeds, and other land-related agreements.
- Handling litigation related to land.
- Staying updated with state-specific land laws, revenue acts, stamp duty, and registration laws.
- Managing legal issues related to agricultural land conversion, mutation, registration, and compensation.
- Advising and assisting the land team in obtaining permissions from government and regulatory bodies.
- Providing legal support to internal departments during land development and project execution.
- Coordinating with external lawyers, preparing briefs, notices, and replies.
- Familiarity with procedural laws and partition suits.
- Maintaining legal MIS and performing other tasks as assigned.
Eligibility
- Graduate in Law.
- 8–12 years of experience in land acquisition, preferably in solar, wind, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong negotiation, documentation, and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of land laws and local regulations.
- Willingness to travel as required.
