Details of the Job/Internship
SHRESTH URJA LLP is hiring a Land & Legal Manager to work in the Renewable Energy (Wind/Solar) industry in Rajasthan. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law and 5 to 7 years of experience in relevant area.
Role and Responsibilities
- Should have good knowledge of applicable land laws, rules and regulations applicable across various land records.
- Coordination with clients in land matters to mitigate the risks, disputes, and issues involved while purchasing
- Obtaining records and documents of land from authorities.
- reparation of TSR, records, and documents pertaining to the title of lands proposed for acquisition.
- Proficiency in drafting and vetting of various documents like agreements to sale, sale deeds, Mou, Affidavits, letters to authorities, etc.
- Providing support in the completion of post-registration formalities including mutation and land conversion.
- Providing support in applying for and obtaining certificates of conversion of land from agriculture to agriculture.
- Preparation of MIS.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law Preferred.
- 5 to 7 Years of experience required.
