Details of the Job/Internship

SAEL is hiring a Land Legal professional with 10+ years of experience to join their Delhi office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Coordinate with top law firms to conduct due diligence on land parcels for solar project development.
• Draft and negotiate sale deeds, leases, and land-use agreements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including project development and ESG, to assess land suitability and mitigate risks.
• Represent the company in negotiations with landowners, aggregators, and government bodies.
• Monitor relevant laws, regulations, and industry updates and provide legal guidance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. from a reputed institute; NLU graduates preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in real estate, land acquisition, and energy laws.
• Proven experience in land acquisition, preferably in renewable energy.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Fluency in Kannada (read, write, speak) is mandatory.
