Details of the Job/Internship
Intecco Technical Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of Law & Accounts Associate with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Dehradun.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with external experts/CA firms for FPO registration and related follow-up with ROC.
- Manage post-incorporation statutory compliances of FPOs, including AGM, Board Meetings, Board elections, appointment of Expert Directors, etc. as per ROC norms.
- Ensure compliance with business-specific licenses and permissions.
- Oversee finalization of annual accounts, audits, GST & Income Tax filings, and filing of annual accounts/returns with ROC.
- Supervise day-to-day accounting transactions in designated software/tools with support from the Accountant – FPO.
- Coordinate with auditors for UTCs and project fund management, ensuring adherence to SOPs and protocols.
- Provide accurate reporting and maintain proper compliance records.
- Undertake any other tasks as assigned by the reporting officer.
Eligibility
- B.Com with 5+ years’ experience, or Chartered Accountant (CA)/Company Secretary (CS).
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in:
- Accounting & Auditing
- Statutory Compliance
- Legal Matters & Arbitration
