Arvind Moudgil is hiring a Law Associate at Chambers of Arvind Moudgil, Senior Counsel, Government of India, SPP, Enforcement Directorate, located in Chandigarh, India.
Role and Responsibilities
The primary responsibility of the Law Associate will be to support the senior counsel in legal research and drafting, appearing before courts and tribunals, and other related tasks.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or higher from an accredited university.
- 0-1 years of experience in litigation, drafting, and legal research.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft and interpret legal documents.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and offer creative solutions.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Indian legal system, laws, rules, and regulations.
- Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent knowledge of legal terminologies.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Willingness to work long hours and meet tight deadlines.
