The firm also deals in Consultancy Services as well as Conveyance, Drafting and Interpretation of various types of Contracts, Agreements and Deeds.

Details of the Job/Internship

STAR LEGALS is hiring for the positions of Law Associates/Law Consultants.

Working hours and module

• Reporting to office and department on Monday to Friday.
• However subject to the matters and urgency and requirement of competent authority their presence may also be required on some Saturdays and Sundays also as per urgency.

Note: The firm is hiring on an urgent basis, within a week, so candidates interested and qualifying the above conditions and work module should only apply.

 

Eligibility

• Education and Experience: Law graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Language: Skills in drafting with knowledge and understanding of both English and Hindi Language.
• Location: The candidate has to be located in Lucknow and would also be travelling to Allahabad as and when required to attend matters at Allahabad High Court.
• He/she would be working closely with the State government department and its officers.
• Skills: Having the requisite skill in drafting and vetting documents. Preparation of petitions including writ petition, contempt, counter affidavit and other agreements.

Salary/Stipend

Salary shall be as per the skill and expertise test.
