Details of the Job/Internship
The Emphasis Law Office is hiring a Legal Clerk to join their office in South Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role involving support for diverse legal workflows, including preparation of legal documents, case-related research, timely follow-ups, client communications, liaison with lawyers, courts, and stakeholders, maintaining case records, and tracking deadlines with attention to detail.
Role and Responsibilities
- Prepare legal documents and conduct case-related research.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and manage client communications.
- Liaise with lawyers, courts, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain case records and track deadlines with attention to detail.
- Use legal research tools and remain familiar with relevant case law and procedures.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent qualifications; enrollment as an Advocate in the appropriate Bar Council is a plus.
- Prior experience in litigation support or in a law firm environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
