Details of the Job/Internship
Lords University is hiring Law Faculty members with experience of 1–5 years to join their office in Alwar.
Role and Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging lectures for undergraduate and postgraduate law programs (BA LL.B., LL.B., LL.M.).
- Develop and update the course curriculum in alignment with Bar Council of India (BCI) guidelines.
- Mentor and guide students in their academic progress and career development.
- Supervise and encourage participation in moot courts, legal aid clinics, and research projects.
- Conduct independent research and publish papers in reputed legal journals.
- Contribute to academic administration, examination duties, and the organization of seminars or workshops.
- Utilize digital teaching tools to enhance the student learning experience.
Eligibility
- LL.M. (Master of Laws) is mandatory.
- PhD in Law is preferred and highly desirable.
- NET qualification (as per UGC norms) is desirable.
- Minimum 1–5 years of teaching experience is preferred, though fresh PhD holders may apply.
- Consistently strong academic background with excellent subject knowledge.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and research orientation skills.
