Details of the Job/Internship

National Development Volunteers (NDV) is hiring for the position of Law Fellow to join their office remotely. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Research and drafting on critical issues such as Waqf law, Hindu temple governance, hate speech regulation, and the Uniform Civil Code.
• Developing legislative reform proposals and statute-drafting projects of civilizational significance.
• Supporting strategic litigation, including Public Interest Litigations (PILs).
• Contributing to the design of public law and legal philosophy courses with leading universities and institutions.
• Working on CSR-aligned legal reform initiatives and preparing reports, briefs, and publications for NDV.

Eligibility

• Law students currently in the 3rd–5th year of a five-year integrated program, or the 2nd–3rd year of a three-year LL.B. program.
• Individuals grounded in Dharmic thought, committed to serious legal reform, and driven by intellectual integrity.
• Fellows with the ability to engage meaningfully with senior advocates, scholars, legislators, and policymakers.
• Motivated change-makers eager to shape legislation, influence courtrooms, and enrich campus and policy debates.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
