Details of the Job/Internship
EOS Chambers of Law is hiring a Law Office Manager with experience of to manage day-to-day office operations in their New Delhi office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage overall office operations and administration.
- Coordinate with advocates, associates, interns, and support staff.
- Oversee daily workflow, task allocation, and follow-ups.
- Handle office logistics, documentation, and miscellaneous administrative work.
- Monitor attendance, leave records, and staff schedules.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and external agencies.
- Assist partners in operational planning and office coordination.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure professional conduct at all times.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in law firm administration or professional office management.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi preferred.
- Basic understanding of legal office processes is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office, email, and documentation.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
