Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisiti is hiring for the position of Law Firm Specialist with 10-12 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Operational Mastery: Oversee all legal, technical, and administrative workflows with surgical precision, ensuring flawless execution and scalability.
- Team Leadership: Direct a team of 4-5 junior advocates with authority and foresight, assigning complex tasks, setting aggressive objectives, and enforcing uncompromising deadlines to maximize efficiency and output.
- Client Excellence: Conduct high-stakes client consultations, cultivate enduring relationships, and uphold impeccable work quality through rigorous oversight and accountability.
- Courtroom Dominance: Represent the firm in court with unparalleled litigation prowess, delivering victories that elevate our reputation.
- Strategic Execution: Drive task and project management with a proactive, results-obsessed mindset, anticipating challenges and crushing obstacles.
Eligibility
- Experience: A minimum of 10-12 years of intensive, hands-on litigation experience in high-pressure environments.
- Education: An LLB and LLM from a globally recognized Tier 1 law school (e.g., NLSIU Bangalore, NALSAR Hyderabad, or equivalent international institutions).
- Technical Brilliance: Mastery in case drafting, an unrivaled courtroom presence, and a proven track record of winning complex, precedent-setting cases.
