Details of the Job/Internship

Avvocats & Partners LLP is hiring a Law Firm Support Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (U.S. market) to join their remote team. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling and lead generation for U.S.-based clients.
• Manage and nurture client relationships through calls, emails, and CRM tools.
• Support business development with research and client follow-ups.
• Assist with client onboarding, proposals, and communication tracking.
• Maintain clear and professional written and verbal communication across all channels.

Eligibility

• Excellent English communication; neutral or U.S. accent preferred.
• Confident in leading phone conversations.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Law degree or legal background preferred but not mandatory.

Salary/Stipend
