Details of the Job/Internship

INDIA JURIS is hiring a Law Graduate for a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. The position involves assisting with legal research, drafting and reviewing legal documents, supporting senior attorneys in litigation and arbitration matters, analysing business, labour, and employment laws, and contributing to case strategy and regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft, review, and revise legal documents and contracts.
• Assist senior attorneys in litigation and arbitration matters.
• Prepare legal materials and contribute to case strategy development.
• Support compliance with applicable business, labour, and employment laws.
• Participate in client communication, meetings, and internal collaboration.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• Strong foundation in law with knowledge of business law and labour and employment law.
• Excellent legal writing and research skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Internship or prior experience in a law firm or legal department is an advantage.
• Familiarity with arbitration, litigation, and corporate legal procedures is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
