Details of the Job/Internship
Worivo Advisors is hiring a Law Graduate to join their office in Gurugram. This is a full-time, on-site role. The position involves legal research, drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks, supporting due diligence activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance aligned with business strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Support due diligence processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal inputs and guidance.
- Monitor and stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an accredited institution.
- LLM is a plus.
- Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and compliance activities.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
- Prior internship or experience in a corporate legal department is advantageous.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office is desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
