Lexansh & Co. is hiring a Law Intern in litigation for 3–4 months at its office in Noida. The role involves assisting with legal research, drafting legal documents, attending court hearings, and supporting litigation processes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on case laws, statutes, and precedents.
- Draft pleadings, affidavits, and legal notices.
- Attend court hearings and client meetings.
- Organize and manage case files and documentation.
- Prepare case summaries and stay updated on legal developments.
Eligibility
- Final year law student.
- Strong academic record with a keen interest in litigation.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
