Details of the Job/Internship
Trivedi Associates Bharat LLP is hiring a Law Intern – Tax to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time on-site role specialising in taxation involving legal research, preparation of draft legal documents, assistance in tax advisory and compliance tasks, and support to senior attorneys in tax-related matters. The role also includes reviewing statutory updates and contributing to client consultations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research.

Eligibility
- Strong legal research skills with the ability to analyse and interpret tax laws and cases.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents, contracts, opinions, and advisory notes.
- Understanding of tax laws, including direct and indirect taxation, GST, and Income Tax.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under guidance, meet deadlines, and maintain professional ethics.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); prior internship experience in taxation is an added advantage.
- Interest in pursuing a career in Corporate or Tax Law.
