Amit R Gupta & Associates is hiring law interns with a strong grasp of income tax provisions to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and prepare tax-related drafts.
• Assist in drafting replies, appeals, and legal documentation.
• Maintain and organize legal files and documentation.
• Support the team on ad-hoc matters and ongoing projects.

Eligibility

• Law students enrolled in 3-year or 5-year courses.
• Strong grasp of income tax provisions.
• Ability to conduct legal research and draft responses, appeals, and analytical notes.
• Understanding of financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flows.
• Preferred: Prior internships in taxation or background in commerce (degree/certification).
• Reference is a must.
• Interns must bring their own laptops.
