Details of the Job/Internship
Clinikally is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Sector 44, Gurgaon.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and executing legal documents and contracts.
- Support corporate governance, secretarial compliance, and commercial contracting.
- Assist in startup-related legal matters, including structuring, fundraising, and ESOP frameworks.
- Support legal compliance in pharmaceutical and healthcare regulations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare briefs, compliance notes, and advisory documents.
- Assist in due diligence, including document review, risk identification, and report preparation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and regulatory authorities.
- Maintain legal records, repositories, and compliance trackers.
Eligibility
- 4th or 5th-year law student from a reputed institute.
- Strong understanding of Contract Law and Corporate Law.
- Interest in startup, healthcare, and regulatory law.
- CS qualification (completed or pursuing) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
