Its in-house legal team plays a key role in ensuring legal compliance and safeguarding client interests throughout redevelopment projects.

Details of the Job/Internship

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is offering a full-time Legal Internship for 3–6 months in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting Development Agreements, MOUs, POAs, and related contracts.
• Support documentation for the 79A process and CHS compliance.
• Conduct legal research on DCPR/UDCPR, RERA guidelines, and municipal bye-laws.
• Organize legal files, contracts, and statutory approvals.
• Liaise with external advocates, consultants, and authorities.
• Prepare meeting notes, legal briefs, and compliance checklists.

Eligibility

• LL.B. (3rd year onwards) or LL.M. (preferred specialization in property/contract/corporate law).
• Basic understanding of real estate and CHS redevelopment laws (preferred).
• Strong drafting, research, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Candidates from Navi Mumbai or with real estate exposure preferred.
