Details of the Job/Internship
Jurisolve- Strategic Legal Solution is hiring a Law Intern to join their office in Mumbai. This is an on-site internship role in which the intern will assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, analysing legal issues, and supporting consulting projects related to contracts and compliance matters while gaining hands-on experience in a professional legal environment.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analyse legal issues.
- Support consulting projects and assist in contract and compliance-related matters.
- Contribute to legal documentation and advisory work as required.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
- Foundational knowledge of law and the ability to handle legal issues.
- Ability or experience in legal document preparation and drafting.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and client interaction.
- Interest in legal consulting and providing strategic legal solutions.
- Strong attention to detail, research abilities, and an analytical mindset.
- Previous experience with legal research, corporate law, or contract drafting is a plus.
