Details of the Job/Internship
LEX FORENSICA - Law and Justice with Science is hiring a Law Intern to join their office in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This is a full-time and part-time role. The Law Intern will support the legal team in conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, and analysing issues across various areas of law. Interns will also gain exposure to court visits, real cases, criminal and civil matters, and forensic science in crime investigation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on various areas of law.
- Prepare and assist in drafting legal documents.
- Analyse legal issues and provide support to the legal team.
- Attend court visits and assist in real cases.
- Gain exposure to criminal, civil, and forensic science matters related to crime investigation.
Eligibility
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Law.
- Strong foundation in law with practical knowledge of legal principles and procedures.
- Skills in legal consulting and experience in legal document preparation.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to analyse and address legal issues with precision and accuracy.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software is an advantage.
- Commitment to integrity and high ethical standards.
