Pirgal Consulting is hiring a Legal Intern to join their office in Bangalore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in providing legal support on property law matters.
- Participate in drafting, reviewing, and refining real estate contracts and agreements.
- Observe and assist in handling property disputes and related legal proceedings.
- Conduct legal research on income tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing legal documents for income tax matters, including responses and appeals.
- Shadow legal professionals in court hearings and proceedings.
- Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Undertake legal research to support ongoing cases.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of legal documentation under supervision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal support.
- Stay updated on legal developments and industry practices.
- Assist in additional legal tasks as directed by supervising attorneys.
