Stratum Juris Nexus Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Law Intern to join their New Delhi office in an on-site role. The intern will assist in legal research, document preparation, and evaluation of legal issues while supporting consulting projects and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents.
- Evaluate legal issues and assist in regulatory compliance analysis.
- Support legal consulting projects and contribute to cross-border business strategies.
- Work with senior mentors to gain exposure to domestic and international regulatory frameworks.
Eligibility
- Enrolled in or completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
- Proficiency in law and familiarity with legal issues.
- Knowledge or experience in legal consulting and research.
- Skilled in drafting and reviewing legal documents and contracts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
- Interest in regulatory strategy, mergers and acquisitions, or cross-border trade is a plus.
