Earnest John Group Of Companies is hiring a Law Officer with experience in handling legal matters to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on various corporate and real estate matters.
- Manage litigation cases and provide detailed briefings to external law firms.
- Track the status of ongoing legal matters and maintain updated case files.
- Draft various legal documents, including commercial agreements, NDAs, and contracts.
- Offer counsel on statutory rights, obligations, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with courts and relevant legal authorities to ensure project compliance.
- Oversee the legal aspects of infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
- Manage and review legal risks associated with large-scale business activities.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or an equivalent qualification.
- Mandatory certification or license to practice law.
- Strong knowledge of law with practical experience in handling legal matters and compliance.
- Skilled in legal writing and proficient in drafting complex agreements and documentation.
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and communication capabilities.
- Advantage: Prior experience in the real estate or infrastructure law sectors.
