Details of the Job/Internship

Roots Multiclean Ltd. is hiring a Law Officer with up to 5 years of experience to join their office in Coimbatore. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents, including Joint Ventures and Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain statutory documentation for companies, establishments, firms, and institutions.
• Ensure compliance with State, National, and International laws and regulations.
• Provide legal opinions, risk assessments, and governance support.
• Handle legal matters related to Company Law, Labour Law, Civil Law, Contract Law, Criminal Law, and Environmental Law.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for legal procedures and audits.
• Communicate legal matters clearly in English and Tamil.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration.
• Up to 5 years of relevant legal experience.
