Lawversity is hiring a Law Research Intern to join their office in New Delhi. The role involves redefining legal education by contributing to content strategy, monitoring legal developments, and ensuring the curriculum remains accurate, modern, and industry-relevant. The intern will track legal trends, research domestic and international syllabi, synthesize complex legal materials, conduct comparative research on emerging legal technology trends, and ensure factual accuracy across all published content. Remuneration will be as per industry standards, along with a competitive Certificate of Completion.
Role and Responsibilities
- Monitor daily judgments, legislative updates, and legal news portals to identify relevant trends.
- Audit and research domestic and international law school syllabi to identify gaps and assist in course development.
- Summarize complex legal principles and court rulings into concise briefs.
- Conduct comparative research on emerging legal technology trends across jurisdictions.
- Ensure accuracy and proper citation of all information published on the platform.
Eligibility
- Current law student (3rd year or above for 5-year programmes) or recent graduate with a strong academic record.
- Proficiency in using Westlaw, SCC Online, Manupatra, or LexisNexis.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Ability to translate complex legal language into clear and engaging English.
