Details of the Job/Internship
Delhi International Arbitration Centre is hiring Law Researchers with a minimum of two years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research and drafting in arbitration matters.
- Support the DIAC team in case management and legal documentation.
- Conduct in-depth analysis using legal databases like Manupatra, SCC Online, and Westlaw.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all assignments.
- Adhere to the Bar Council’s dress code and DIAC’s internal rules.
- Abstain from external legal assignments or practice during the engagement.
Eligibility
- Enrolled Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 with any State Bar Council.
- Minimum of two years of work experience as of 01.07.2025.
- Not more than 27 years of age as of 01.07.2025.
- Desirable: LLM or Diploma in Arbitration/Commercial Law/ADR.
- Proficiency in legal research, writing, and legal databases.
Salary/Stipend
₹65,000 per month (consolidated)
