Details of the Job/Internship

Delhi International Arbitration Centre is hiring Law Researchers with a minimum of two years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist with legal research and drafting in arbitration matters.
• Support the DIAC team in case management and legal documentation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis using legal databases like Manupatra, SCC Online, and Westlaw.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all assignments.
• Adhere to the Bar Council’s dress code and DIAC’s internal rules.
• Abstain from external legal assignments or practice during the engagement.

Eligibility

• Enrolled Advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961 with any State Bar Council.
• Minimum of two years of work experience as of 01.07.2025.
• Not more than 27 years of age as of 01.07.2025.
• Desirable: LLM or Diploma in Arbitration/Commercial Law/ADR.
• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and legal databases.

Salary/Stipend

₹65,000 per month (consolidated)
