Dua’s & Dua’s Advocates & Consultants is hiring a Law Researcher to join their office in Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, representing clients in court, providing legal advice, negotiating settlements, and working closely with senior lawyers and team members to develop legal strategies and ensure effective client outcomes.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents and pleadings.
- Conduct detailed legal research and analysis.
- Represent clients in court proceedings.
- Provide legal advice and assist in negotiations and settlements.
- Work closely with senior lawyers and team members to formulate legal strategies.
Eligibility
- Strong skills in legal research, legal drafting, and legal writing.
- Experience in litigation, dispute resolution, and client representation.
- Knowledge of Arbitration, Matrimonial Disputes, and Criminal Litigation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bar Council membership and a degree in Law (LLB) or higher.
- Experience in the legal industry and court appearances is an added advantage.
