M.A Land Transport Co Pvt Ltd is hiring a Law Specialist (full-time or part-time) to provide professional support to customers via email, live chat, and phone.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, professional support through email, live chat, and phone.
- Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, products, returns, and technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
- Collaborate with operations, logistics, or sales teams.
- Assist in building FAQ documents and improving help center content.
Eligibility
- Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or online support preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar tools is a plus.
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment.
- Bonus: multilingual skills, experience in eCommerce/SaaS, and weekend/evening availability.
Salary/Stipend
