M.A Land Transport Co Pvt Ltd is hiring a Law Specialist (full-time or part-time) to provide professional support to customers via email, live chat, and phone.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support through email, live chat, and phone.
• Resolve customer inquiries related to orders, products, returns, and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
• Collaborate with operations, logistics, or sales teams.
• Assist in building FAQ documents and improving help center content.

Eligibility

• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or online support preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong empathy, patience, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Familiarity with Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, or similar tools is a plus.
• Stable internet connection and quiet work environment.
• Bonus: multilingual skills, experience in eCommerce/SaaS, and weekend/evening availability.

Salary/Stipend
