Details of the Job/Internship

Sarvodaya Hospital is looking for a candidate for the position of Law Specialist with 3 to 10 years of experience to join them at their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Strategically counsel the trust on legal matters.
• Identify legal or contractual issues and develop new approaches to resolve complex issues.
• Provide legal advice to senior management regarding various corporate and business matters.
• Remain current on national and state laws, regulations, and practices affecting the trust’s business.
• Manage relationships and collaborate with external lawyers.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM with exceptional academic credentials.
• 3-10 years of experience at a law firm or within an in-house legal department.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent business judgment and high level of professionalism.
• Ability to work in teams.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Salary/Stipend
