VASEEYATNAMA is hiring for the position of Law Specialist to join their office in Lucknow. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support on business, labor, and employment law matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare reports, memos, and documentation.
• Draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide legal insights and recommendations.
• Assist in resolving legal and regulatory issues as they arise.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; advanced degree preferred.
• Expertise in business law, labor, and employment law.
• Strong research, writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Relevant certifications or licenses are a plus.
