Role and Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to teams and managers.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics.
- Organize digital files, documents, and internal communication.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
- Assist with travel planning and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Must reside in Switzerland with legal authorization to work remotely.
