I Cloud Law Partners LLP is hiring Law Student Interns for 3 positions to join their office in Vaishali, Ghaziabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review a variety of legal agreements and procedural documents.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare foundational notes for court arguments.
- Draft and publish high-quality legal articles and specialized research papers.
- Address and manage on-board human rights issues within legal frameworks.
- Exchange strategic ideas with the legal team to address potential litigation issues.
- Assist in developing comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for business informed decisions.
- Break down complex legal challenges into actionable advice for stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Final Year in LLB or a degree in Law from a recognized Indian university.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant working experience.
- Strong proficiency in the English language with excellent articulation skills.
- Preferred: Prior experience or specific interest in Technology and IP Laws.
- Proven ability to work under tight timelines and in a high-pressure environment.
- Capability to adapt to an unstructured work environment with a proactive mindset.
