Details of the Job/Internship

ThinkLaw Advocates is hiring an Associate with 3–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join its Corporate & Commercial Advisory practice.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with 3–5 years of PQE.
• Prior experience in private equity, venture capital, and M&A transactions.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments with attention to detail.
