Details of the Job/Internship
ZeusIP is hiring a Senior Litigation Lawyer with 10–15 years of experience to join their Litigation Team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases with minimal supervision.
- Draft petitions, responses, affidavits, legal notices, and advisory opinions.
- Represent clients before courts, tribunals, and arbitral forums.
- Formulate litigation approaches in collaboration with clients and the senior legal team.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare briefs.
- Liaise with clients, expert witnesses, and senior advocates.
- Guide junior team members and interns, as necessary.
- Oversee timely legal filings and maintain case documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised institution.
- Must be enrolled with the Bar Council.
- 10–15 years of litigation experience in civil, commercial, and IP matters.
- Strong foundation in procedural and substantive legal frameworks.
- Exceptional skills in drafting and oral arguments.
- Familiar with legal research platforms like SCC Online and Manupatra.
- Capable of handling multiple assignments independently.
- Attention to detail and professional communication skills.
