Details of the Job/Internship

Micro1 is seeking experienced lawyers for a contract-based, part-time position as Lawyer – AI Trainer to work Remote basis.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review legal documents labeled by paralegals for AI training.
• Verify accuracy, consistency, and compliance of labeling with legal standards.
• Provide actionable written and verbal feedback to paralegals.
• Collaborate on improving document categorization guidelines.
• Act as a subject-matter expert to maintain legal accuracy in AI processes.
• Identify workflow improvement opportunities.
• Maintain clear documentation of review and QA processes.

Eligibility

• LL.B. with minimum 3 years of experience in contract law, corporate law, or litigation.
• Strong skills in legal document analysis and review.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in compliance or quality assurance is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Salary/Stipend
