Details of the Job/Internship
RealX is hiring Lawyer and Company Secretary to join them in Pune office.
Role and Responsibilities
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer and Company Secretary at RealX. The role involves operational legal responsibilities as mentioned below.
- Property Legal Due Diligence.
- Drafting of Sale Execution Documents.
- KYC Approvals for Customers based on KYC rules.
- Handling complicated customer investment cases.
- Handle empaneled law firms.
- From time to time, the position will also involve some strategic functions as mentioned below.
- Overseeing and ensuring compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
- Providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, and managing company secretarial duties.
- Design and implementation of Company ESOP policy.
- New Product development - researching on laws applicable on handling various other assets.
- Representing RealX in Webinars and events.
Eligibility
- Ability to draft legal documents.
- Company secretarial skills.
- Knowledge of property laws and real estate transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Must be a technology enthusiast or atleast have positive affiliation to technology and innovation.
- Good to have good Social Media handling exposure - please do mention this when you apply.
