T and S LAW is hiring a Lawyer with Capital Market experience of 5 years to join their office in Noida.

Eligibility

• Qualified lawyer (LLB/ LLM degree holder)
• is your PQE 5 years or above IN THE CAPITAL MARKET LEGALITIES.
• Is your experience inclusive of Capital Market legal drafting?
• Have you been in, or, led a team of Jr Associates and Interns for any IPO/ Public Issue?
• Are you looking for a change or thinking of promoting yourself to a more responsible position?
• Company’s act is your favorite subject and you have summarized it well.
• Know SEBI legalities like the back of your palm
