Details of the Job/Internship
NK3 Solutions is hiring for the position of Lawyer (Claims & Contracts) with 1-5 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and interpret contracts (EPC, FIDIC, GCC, etc.) for infrastructure/metro/rail projects.
- Draft and manage contractual correspondence, notices, and claims.
- Prepare documentation and strategy for arbitration and litigation support.
- Collaborate with project teams and clients on case preparation.
- Identify contractual risks and propose safeguards during project execution.
- Track key dates, delays, variations, and potential claims.
Eligibility
- Law degree (LL.B. or equivalent) with B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- 1–5 years’ experience in arbitration, dispute resolution, or claims in construction/infra/metro projects.
- Strong understanding of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act and dispute resolution processes.
- Familiarity with construction contract law and international contracts (FIDIC preferred).
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills.
- Prior exposure to railway/metro infrastructure projects is an added advantage.
