Details of the Job/Internship

BTG Advaya is hiring a Lawyer – Commercial Contracting with experience of 5–7 years to join their energy and regulatory team in New Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and preparing all kinds of contracts, especially for energy, project, and infrastructure including wind, solar, and C&I projects.
• Drafting letters, notices, and correspondence with stakeholders.
• Staying updated on sector-specific legal developments.
• Legal research and follow-up on precedents.
• Preparing legal opinions, advice, and synopses.
• Managing legal documents.
• Prioritizing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrating high project management skills and process improvement initiatives.

Eligibility

• Law Degree (LLB/LLM) from a reputed university.
• 5–7 years of experience, preferably in a prominent law firm.
• Significant experience in commercial contracting and advisory.
• Prior experience in energy, infrastructure, and regulatory is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
