Details of the Job/Internship
PSA is hiring a Lawyer – Company Secretary with 2–5 years of PQE. The role involves handling Companies Act compliance, corporate governance, board processes, ROC/MCA filings, corporate-commercial advisory, transactional work, select merger/demerger and restructuring matters before NCLT and RD offices, and corporate litigation strategy.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing Companies Act compliance and corporate governance.
- Overseeing board processes and ROC/MCA filings.
- Providing corporate-commercial advisory and transactional support.
- Handling select merger, demerger, and restructuring matters before NCLT and RD offices.
- Advising on corporate litigation strategy.
Eligibility
- LLB and Company Secretary (CS) qualification.
- 2–5 years of post-qualification experience.
- Knowledge of corporate-commercial laws, Companies Act compliance, mergers, and restructuring.
