Hindustan Wellness is hiring a Corporate Lawyer to join their Legal & Compliance department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and standardise employment contracts, appointment letters, NDAs, and non-compete clauses.
- Formulate and update internal HR policies including Standing Orders, POSH guidelines, and Employee Code of Conduct.
- Draft and vet commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and service level agreements.
- Provide legal opinions on labour matters such as employee termination, disciplinary actions, and workforce restructuring.
- Ensure statutory compliance with central and state labour laws including PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and Contract Labour Acts.
- Manage litigation matters before Labour Courts, Industrial Tribunals, and High Courts.
- Handle arbitration and alternative dispute resolution processes for commercial and employment disputes.
- Draft and respond to legal notices, show-cause notices, and caveats.
- Prepare case briefs, gather evidence, and brief senior advocates for court hearings.
- Liaise with government labour inspectors and represent the company during statutory audits or summons.
