Details of the Job/Internship

Ultra Corpotech Pvt Ltd is hiring for the position of Lawyer Cum Advisor with 5-10 years of experience to join their office in Chakan, Maharashtra.

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal Advisory: Provide expert legal guidance on land acquisition, leasing, property transfers, and associated documentation.
• Document Drafting and Review: Draft, review, and vet legal documents, including sale deeds, lease agreements, MoUs, and other property-related agreements.
• Compliance Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant land and property laws, including local municipal and revenue regulations.
• Litigation Management: Represent the organization in civil litigation related to property disputes and other legal matters.
• Government Liaison: Coordinate with government departments for registrations, approvals, land conversions, and regulatory compliance.
• Dispute Resolution: Assist in resolving legal issues related to land encroachments, boundary disputes, and tenancy matters.
• Risk Assessment: Advise management or clients on legal risk assessment and implement mitigation strategies.
• Due Diligence: Conduct title verification, due diligence, and background checks on land and property ownership.
• Regulatory Updates: Stay informed about changes in real estate laws, property regulations, and legal best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s in Law (LLM) is advantageous.
• 5–10 years of legal experience with a focus on land and property law.
• Proven expertise in managing real estate transactions and property disputes.
• Strong understanding of state-specific land laws and real estate regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
