KIP Restructuring & Insolvency Professionals LLP is hiring for the position of Lawyer for Reverse Criminal law with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to reverse criminal law and private complaints.
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, petitions, and other court submissions.
- Represent clients in trial and appellate courts.
- Develop effective legal strategies for defense and counter-litigation.
- Liaise with law enforcement authorities, court officials, and relevant regulatory bodies.
- Stay current on legal developments, precedents, and statutory changes.
- Provide sound legal advice to clients on criminal law matters.
- Maintain documentation and records in compliance with legal protocols.
Eligibility
- Proven expertise in Reverse Criminal Law and filing private complaints.
- Strong legal drafting, documentation, and research skills.
- Experience in courtroom representation and litigation strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to independently handle cases and work collaboratively with internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in criminal litigation.
- Licensed to practice law in India.
