Details of the Job/Internship

JSA is hiring accomplished lawyers with 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in General Corporate (GC) or Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) practice areas.

Role and Responsibilities

• Advise clients on a broad range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory issues.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and transactional documents.
• Conduct legal research and prepare detailed opinions and advisory notes.
• Support business transactions, compliance, and due diligence processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver high-quality legal solutions.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
• 2–3 years of post-qualification experience in GC or TMT practice areas.
• Prior experience with reputed law firms preferred.
• Strong analytical, advisory, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines effectively.

Salary/Stipend
