WSP is hiring for the position of Lawyer (Indirect Procurement) with 5-8 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of indirect procurement contracts (IT, SaaS, consulting, HR, marketing, finance).
- Ensure compliance with organizational legal and risk standards.
- Provide legal advice on procurement strategies, supplier relationships, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with global teams in procurement, privacy, and information security.
- Contribute to contract management process improvements and CLM system optimization.
- Assist in dispute prevention, supplier claim resolution, and policy development.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or equivalent law degree with eligibility to practice in at least one jurisdiction.
- 5–8 years’ post-qualification experience in commercial contracting, preferably with MNCs or top-tier law firms.
- Expertise in indirect procurement, technology contracts, and IP law.
- Understanding of data protection, information security, and AI governance.
- Strong communication, drafting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in cross-border contracting and multi-jurisdictional matters.
- Proficiency with CLM tools (Agiloft, Icertis, etc.) preferred.
