SHEMROCK Group of Schools is hiring a Litigation Lawyer with expertise in Intellectual Property Law to join their head office in Rohini, Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear and argue matters before courts and tribunals.
- Handle litigation related to civil, commercial, and intellectual property matters.
- Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Manage IP-related matters, including trademarks, copyrights, and infringement cases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice and represent the organization in legal matters.
- Manage disputes and maintain corporate legal records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LL.B. or LL.M.).
- Enrolled with the Bar Council.
- Proven experience in court appearances and case arguments.
- Strong knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws, including Trademark and Copyright.
- Expertise in legal research, drafting, and interpretation of contracts and corporate policies.
- Proficiency in contract negotiation and litigation management.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and legal risk assessment.
- Strong communication, dispute resolution, and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant experience in corporate or institutional legal matters is preferred.
