Details of the Job/Internship
SHEMROCK Group of Schools is hiring a Litigation Lawyer with expertise in Intellectual Property Law for a full-time, on-site role in Rohini.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear and argue matters before courts and tribunals.
- Handle civil, commercial, and intellectual property litigation.
- Draft pleadings, applications, written submissions, and legal opinions.
- Manage IP matters relating to trademarks, copyrights, and infringement cases.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide legal advice and represent the organisation in disputes and legal proceedings.
- Maintain corporate and institutional legal records.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM) from a recognised university.
- Enrolment with the State Bar Council is mandatory.
- Proven experience in court appearances and case arguments.
- Strong working knowledge of Intellectual Property Laws.
- Experience in corporate or institutional legal matters, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong research, drafting, communication, and dispute resolution skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and handle complex legal scenarios.
Salary/Stipend
₹4–8 Lakhs per annum.
