Details of the Job/Internship

Indian Business Pages is a qualified Lawyer / Legal Advisor to oversee legal matters related to contracts, business compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and MoUs.
• Provide legal advice on business operations, compliance, and risk management.
• Manage intellectual property matters, including filings and disputes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws (Companies Act, IT Act, labor, data protection, etc.).
• Represent the company in legal proceedings when necessary.
• Advise management on corporate policies and dispute resolution strategies.
• Stay updated on laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Liaise with external counsels, auditors, and regulatory authorities.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
• Licensed to practice law.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate or business law (experience in IT, e-commerce, or startups preferred).
• Strong knowledge of contracts, compliance, and IP law.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Salary/Stipend
